This floral kitchen rug reminds us of the wonderful American decorator Sister Parish. ( 1910-1994) One of her famous design signatures was using rag rugs which she did in the Kennedy White House. Sister Parish was also famous for bright clear color like this kitchen rug. She always strived for a “lived in look” and was unafraid of using bright colors.
