Backorders:
We try to update the website so that everything on it is in stock but sometimes we are not fast enough and out-of-stocks occur. If you order an item that we do not have, we will contact you for instructions.
Gift Wrap:
You will be asked if you would like gift wrapping in the shopping cart. If you say yes, we will wrap your items in our custom tissue paper, ribbon, and gift tags. There is a place to add your gift message in the cart too. Or, if you prefer, we will send the gift card to you blank.
If you want something a little extra, we suggest our beautiful, eco-friendly bags made of recycled materials. The bags last up to 3 years and hold 40+ lbs. The cost varies by size. See "Things to Carry" to order.
If you want multiple gifts shipped to separate multiple addresses, additional shipping charges will apply. We want to make you happy, so call us to arrange things. (Our shopping cart only allows for one Ship To address in addition to the Bill To address.)
Shipping and Handling for all Continental states except Alaska:
Charges are calculated based on your total order for the Continental United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship from New York City within 1 or 2 business days. Please let us know if you need something by a certain date.
Charges for 2 Day Air Shipping are $20 and Overnight is $35.
