In 2009, my friend Geralyn Lucas wrote her book, Why I Wore Lipstick to My Mastectomy. Lifetime TV made a movie about her. Geralyn is now 15 years cancer free. Ann Moore is her oncologist. Geralyn and Dr. Moore are themselves amazing breast cancer gifts to the cause. Geralyn says she chose Dr. Moore because "she was the most CALM oncologist I ever met."
